A new guesthouse that was opened in summer 2016, Majatalo Juuka offers accommodation in four different sized, uniquely decorated rooms.
It doesn't matter who you are or where are you from you are always welcome to accommondate in our guest house for an affordable price.
Marjo Pääskyvuori who originates from the region of Juuka and who has since moved to the capital acts as the mistress of the guest house that is located near the well known finnish national landscape.
The guest house was originally built in 1932 and it used to act as a cooperative shop. Ever since it has acted as a home, a restaurant, a guest house, an operation centre for the jobless and as a daycare.
Next to the guest house there is a big storage building that nowadays acts as a banquet, exhibition and concert hall. During summer time we also offer inexpensive accommodation on the 2nd floor of our banquet hall to cyclists who are traveling with their own sleeping bags.
